Transitions 7 years later
The problem I tried to solve was this: In between counting, a slide with no counter gets in the middle: At least the color matches. So I came up with this: This is the whole sequence: All the counter slides have the same structure except for slide number 2 : This one has two purple square. The back square moves downwards to match the purple column of slide 3: The elements of slide 3 have only build-in build-out animations/transitions: This is good because it means that Keynote does all the job. The elements labeled "top" and "bottom" duplicate the background to achieve the revealed effect.
